This knee brace helped me yesterday for the first time. It is nice. I am a big guy 220lbs 5ft 10in. This is a tight fit. I don't need the straps to tighten down. Well, the lower strap can tighten a bit but not much needed.

Very satisfied with the purchase, it is very well finished, especially when worn daily, it does not slide down the legs as it happens with other models.
